The Storkaskete ("Black Caps") are Prince Othmar Bolshnik's personal bodyguard. There are fifteen Storkaskete in total, each one fanatically loyal and highly skilled. Those who would join the Storkaskete must first defeat one of the existing Black Caps in personal combat.[1]
