Category talk:Religion

So I've made this a subcategory of Society, but removing the redundant entries in all the religions would intrude on the Catalogue entry. Hopefully it will get fixed at the next go round?

Not sure what you mean by "redundant entries." Do you mean that each religion should be only a religion and not a society? I think it's fine to leave both tags. Don't worry too much about the next catalogue import. Things have evolved so much since I wrote the script that it will be a major overhaul to make things work anyway, so do what's right for the wiki and I'll work out the importing later.

The batch page-to-category conversion is not as automatic as I make it sound. There's a lot of manual effort to do it. The more pages done at once, the more economy of scale makes it easy. For 11 pages, I think it's easier just to do them individually via wiki interface. -- Gonzoron 19:50, 17 March 2010 (UTC)
