Day of the Hawk

Although it is not Vlad Drakov's actual birthday, December 20th is recognized by the state of Falkovnia as the Day of the Hawk, the official celebration of Drakov's birthday and life. The Falkovnian people do not wish to celebrate Drakov's birthday, but such recognition is enforced by the Falkovnian military. Various parades are given, to which mandatory work is lifted for the day in order to let people watch or participate. People may visit Draccipetri to ask for favors, though they usually come with gifts as Drakov may take requests quite unfavorably. The celebration ends with a ceremony of multiple impalements, accompanied by the music of an orchestra
