The Harbor District of Armeikos surrounds the Hordum Bay.[1] As a fairly typical harbor, it is lined with tiny shops and warehouses, brothels, and nameless taverns. The black market is strong here. Blaine G. is a criminal name that often gets mentioned to those needing a fence or smuggler.[2]
