The Ice-Bound Passage is a two-way, conditional, moderately reliable Mistway which connects Sanguinia with the Nocturnal Sea near Todstein. It may only be entered when snow is falling at both ends, but of course snowfall is a fairly common condition in both Sanguinia and near Todstein.[1]
