Ingemar Bolshnik is Prince Othmar Bolshnik's son and the heir to Nova Vaasa.[1]
Presumably Ingemar Bolshnik, the heir, is named after his ancestor, Prince Ingemar Bolshnik.
According to the Plans of a Prince Dread Possibility, Prince Othmar plans to claim Graben Island and appoint Ingemar to be its governor.[1]
