This individual is a Chi-Folken, born to reflect the original Ivana Boritsi, darklord of Borca. Unlike the human who served as her model, this Ivana Boritsi is the demilord of Borca province in the domain of Madego. She first appears in the run of Chibiloft comics in Quoth the Raven Issue 30, where she seeks to hire the Chibiloft Crew to investigate who or what is interfering with her new business venture: a cruise line.
History
It can be safely assumed that this version of Ivana Boritsi acted in lockstep with her human counterpart until the Grand Conjunction of 740 BC. In the article Little Horrors, printed in Quoth the Raven Issue 31, it is described that she heard or sensed the music being made on the plains of G'Henna province. Channelling the spirits, Ivana danced the Night of Music away with the Chi-Folken version of Ivan Dilisnya and thus participated in the restoration of Madego.

Due to the different circumstances of the Dark Twins' 740 BC meeting in Madego, not to mention the liberating effect the Night of Music had on the domain's population, Borca and Dorvinia provinces did not merge into one. The two provinces' respective Demilords have the unique ability to cross the borders into each other's territory, but neither holds any kind of supernatural or political power over the other's lands. Ivana's and Ivan's closeness from yesteryear has cooled now they are no longer being forced to mimic the actions of their human counterparts, but they still signed a mutual defense pact in 752 BC and occasionally meet at social events - in part to keep up an appearance of a unified front.
As King Azalin is creating a unified codex of law and engaged in high-level negotiation with the other Demilords of Madego, Ivana is engaged in political and economic intrigue to secure the best possible outcome for herself and her province. This has contributed to the cooling of her friendship with Ivan, as they now jockey for advantage in the emerging world order. Ivana had already incited Ivan's envy by her contributions towards the overthrow of Falkovnia province, which have yielded her considerable rewards, but also motivated him to sign the mutual defense pact. Surprisingly (perhaps), enough of their old affection remains to ensure they compete through diplomacy, intrigue and trade, rather than knives and poison.
In the run of 2023 comics, it is suggested that Ivana's status as a poisoner is public knowledge; the adventurer Slice's first response on hearing that she is sharing a glass of wine with an agent of Ivana is to induce vomiting to empty her stomach of potential poison. The Chi-Folken Ivana seems to have developed a theatrical streak, having prepared a speech for a meeting with potential hirelings - and surprising emotional vulnerability, as she cries when the opportunity to recite said speech in front of its target audience is snatched away from her.
Spirits
Although she was crowned with the symbol of Grigria when she danced during the Night of Music, Ivana privately prefers to pray to Rex Sitis for his patronage of ambition and organization, and to Lupta for her command of fertility - not to mention for her power as Mother of Spirits.
