Jezebel the Harpy Queen

Jezebel was once a human woman who was unable to birth children of her own, so she kidnapped many children of others and coveted them inside her castle. Her evil eventually cursed her to become a harpy and the darklord of her own domain, in which she leads a clan of harpies terrorizing the people. She is still an imprisoner of children and uses numerous horrible techniques to make sure they don't escape.
