Kougan

Minor character from Carnival of Fear. Kougan was an ogre who was part of Carnival l'Morai. A brutish bully, Kougan attempted to force Felix the Hunchback to kill some Gendarmerie of l'Morai during the rebellion against the City of l'Morai. Kougan beat Felix everytime he refused, so Felix slit his throat his self defense. The action caused a temporary break in the unity of the Carnival l'Morai performers until Kougan was avenged by the grey ogre.
