First mentioned in the Wartorn Gazetteer Volume II: Conquista[1], L'Homme Broché is a Loa worshipped in the domain of Conquista, rather than in Souragne.
Known as the Loa of Abomination, appears to those seeking knowledge and lays a trail of hints and breadcrumbs before them in return for worship. The further a seeker follows the trail, however, the worse things get; lofty ideals are exposed and debased into depravity, and the mind of the seeker is gradually twisted into madness. Even though all know that L'Homme Broché is a vile Loa who leads his worshipers to their doom, he still receives a goodly amount of worship from those who hunger for knowledge and believe they can afford the price - or that they can stop before they've gone too far.
Appearance
When he first appears to people, L'Homme Broché looks like a burlap doll with button eyes and a stitched-on smile. The further a worshiper follows the trail he has laid out before them, however, the larger and more intimidating the figure becomes. Finally, L'Homme Broché towers over his victims like a giant wrapped in burlap, his button-and-thread face terrifying rather than amusing as he demands the pain and worship of his thralls.
