Louis is the dispossessed heir to the throne of a kingdom, Louis the Rat King was cast out into the sewers because of his deformity. Living out his childhood with the rats, he eventually returned and wreaked his vengeance with an army of plague rodents. Now Louis exists as the darklord of his domain. He is no longer human but rather exists as a three-headed rat-thing. His domain is modeled after Europe during the Black Death.[1]
