Madame Fortuna is member of Carnival and the Vistani. She was once one of the Skurra, but now serves as their voice after removing the protective mask that prevented her from speech but protected her from the effects of the Twisting. Her eyes have now blackened into solid black as a result. Although she is blind to nonliving matter, she can see the auras of living creatures with supernatural precision and awarness.
