Observed on the full moon during June or July of each year by the werewolves of Verbrek, Noctis Lupus represents a day sacred to the Cult of the Wolf God. This day is seen as recognizing and celebrating the Wolf God's violence, aggression, and combat prowess. The nocturnal revelries include bonfire construction, combat between werewolves (or rarely, a werewolf against a captured human), feasts, howling at the moon, and dancing. One of the more notable rituals is the Moon Dance.

The celebrations of Noctis Lupus are arranged by each werewolf pack on their own, though a couple may join together for a celebration. Alfred Timothy and his relatives oversee the celebrations of their pack, usually holding it at The Circle[1]
