A Sanguinian hunter and trapper who discovered the Roshu Mine. His friend Eric Zeltser organized the Roshu Copper Consortium to take advantage of this discovery, and Rosca remains a partner in the Consortium.[1]
"Rosca" is Rosca's surname. He dislikes his given name so intensely that he will not answer to it.[1]
