Rufus, the Slug Lord

Rufus is the slothful darklord and ruler of a slime-filled realm packed to the brim with snails, slugs, and the like (both normal sized and of varying giant sizes). He himself was transformed into a slug like being resembling Jabba the Hutt for his lazy and neglectful rule that tore apart his fief. The state of his domain reflects his state of mind- every creature within is magically slowed as per the spell.
