Rula Barcliff was in life a designer living in Il Aluk. She operated sweatshops in Desolatus. She was once insulted by a young Ernst Turagdon. It is unknown whether Barcliff was still alive when the Requiem struck. Nonetheless, she is counted as being among the current inhabitants of Il Aluk and the current inhabitants of Necropolis.
