Tawiel Akhdar

Tawiel Akhdar ("The Long Green") is a secluded oasis in Sebua. It was once a favored trading post and waystop for traveling Pharazian nomads and merchants as well as a watering hole for many an appreciative desert creature. However, has also become known as the Shadowed Eye Oasis since it was taken over by the werejackal Mukhtar el Wafid and his pack. Although a tyrant, bandit, and slaver, Mukhtar has had to cut back on his evil in order for the oasis to regain its former reputation.
