The Bloody Barrow

The Bloody Barrow is the tomb of the unnamed vampire that drank the blood of a very young Sea Witch but, through some act of conscience, did not drink enough blood and returned took her to Widow's Peak for medical treatment. Subsequently, the vampire became nauseated by blood and allowed himself to starve to death in his tomb, leaving behind only a jumble of emotions and hunger that is a vampiric mist. Over time, the mist grew, and many years later, became enrage when it sensed her death at the hands of a mob. Now the main mass stays in the tomb but sends out lesser extensions of itself to plague the people. The Bloody Barrow is located in the Barrow Downs.
