Tussio Bilotti is the head of the Boritsi Trading Company in Sri Raji.[1] His bodyguard is Adone Cirrito.[2]
Although Bilotti's foremost task is supplanting to supremacy of the Colonial Merchant Trading Company in Sri Raji, he is also concerned about the evident effectiveness of the spies working for the Carlyle Trading Company.[1]
Despite the ceaseless heat of Sri Raji, Bilotti refuses to dress in the more comfortable clothing of the locals. He always appears in public dressed in Borcan fashion.[1]
