Twin shudders

Twin shudders is a type of ingested poison created by combining two substances normally harmless but poisonous when combined. It causes shortness of breath and even suffocation when applied in high enough doses. Uniquely, it has the ability to escape the detect poison spell and other magical means of detecting poison
