Hi there, and welcome to Mistipedia! Thanks for adding the descriptions for the Iron & Blood characters. Just a few notes:

• Please don't edit Template:Ref. That template is used throughout Mistipedia. It collects the References from the <ref> links in each page at the bottom. I can see what your intent was, but the way you did it put the Iron and Blood reference at the bottom of nearly every page in the wiki. (I've backed out the change to Ref). The correct way to do that is to include that info inside a matched set of <ref></ref> tags at the appropriate place in the page you're working on and then include the {{ref}} tag at the bottom.
• The game itself belongs in Category:Source and Category:Video game, but the characters from it belong in Category:Character, Category:NPC, and whatever other categories apply to them. (like Category:Human, Category:Female, Category:Wizard, Category:Lawful Evil, Category:Inhabitants of Barovia, or whatever) They don't go in Source or Video Game.
• I can't seem to find these Rick Hall.com writeups. What is the actual URL to the site that has them? Putting in an actual link to the site (inside [ ] brackets) would be the best way to cite them properly.
• You can use [[ ]] brackets to automatically link to other pages for existing characters and places. That helps people find other pages, especially with the "what links here" feature. So please put those brackets around at least the first instance of an existing character like Strahd or Soth on the page.

I've updated Balthazaar as an example. Please take a look at how I did it so you can fix the other pages you created.
