Vier Estate

The former estate of the fallen noble Vier Family of Sanguinia still stands at the eastern end of Kosova. Prince Ladislav Mircea has decreed that the estate is to be left alone, and despite the possibility of lootable wealth, the citizens of Kosova are happy to do so. Not only do they wish to avoid the attentions of Mircea's Ash Men, but they believe the estate to be haunted as well.

The only ghost who haunts the Vier Estate is Geyda Vier, who occasionally visits her family's estate out of nostalgia. However, because the estate has fared poorly over generations of abandonment, she now finds such visits depressing and rarely makes them. Instead, the rumors of hauntings are perpetuated more because Gennadi Mardari uses the estate as the place where he secretly performs his summonings.
