Zelraun Roaringhorn is an NPC from the 5th Edition module Curse of Strahd. He is one of the Harpers[1] and thus resides in the continent of Faerun in the outlander world of Toril (of the Forgotten Realms setting).
In Curse of Strahd
In the Werewolves in the Mist adventure hook for CoS, Zelraun Roaringhorn visits Duchess Morwen of Daggerford to help her against the werewolves of the Misty Forest. He sets up the player characters to go hunt them.[1]
