Ruler of Nova Vaasa, 9th level warrior, Neutral Evil
Prince Othmar was only supposed to rule Nova Vaasa for 5 years then hand over rulership to one of the other five noble families but he hired a militia of were-beasts to enforce his continued rule.

Sir Tristen Hiregaard / Malken
Darklord of Nova Vaasa, 8th level Fighter, Lawful Neutral / Chaotic Evil
A knight of the realm one moment and an insane killing maching the next, Triesten only has suspicions of his other half.

Desmond LaRouche

Turned into a half-golem by Edmond Hiregaard, Desmond wanders the domain looking for peace solitude.

Sachmet
18th level priestess/ Ancient Dead, Chaotic Evil
A priestess of Bast, Sachmet was killed by the priests of Set and embalmed. Once risen, she will protect her tomb, protect cats, and try to convert the people of Nova Vaasa to the worship of Bast.

Chezna leads a group of bandits that attacks travelers in the road from Egertus to Kantora. She also has some dealings with Prince Othmar.

Sofya worked for Sir Hiregaard at the quarries in the Koshka Bluffs. She died in 741 from an attack by the plains cats.
