The Arkalias Hills[1] (also known as the Dead Hills or Den Livlos Bakker) are located in Kartakass. They once adjoined Bluetspur, prior to the Grand Conjunction. The Hills still bear the mark of Bluetspur's influence as a barren wasteland. The neighboring Mistwood suddenly changes from forest to shrubs and dusty gorges. The caverns are said to have tunneled into Bluetspur and may still do via the Worm's Path.
Radaga is said to have once lived here.
