As a dread possibility, a group of exiled Shadow Fey from the Seelie Court may wander the Eastern Core and the Nocturnal Sea, visiting ports in succession in an eternal celebration, which attracts many idlers, excitement seekers, and others. Those mortals who stick too long with the group are said to be afflicted with madness, though those so lost may mostly be changelings. Both the Tepestani Inquisition and the Church of the Lawgiver seek the reveling feys' destruction.[1]
