Kristoff Lutemmi originally hails from Neblus. He is a descendant of the cursed Winterboone Family. Said curse renders the Winterboones cold statues most of the year, only letting them exist as people during the winters. Lutemmi pursued arcane research as a way to get around his curse. His search for knowledge eventually brought him to the Fraternity of Shadows, which removed his affliction. Since then, Kristoff has acted as an adventurer and retriever of lost artifacts and lore for the Fraternity.[1]
Lutemmi's nemesis is Fritz Winterboone. The latter has fallen for many of the former's tricks, and the former covets the Winterdamsel sword the latter carries.[2]
