Barony of the Western Highlands

Following the Liberation of Forfar from Merionite Rule, the Forfarians split apart into several baronies. The Barony of the Western Higihlands was one such barony, a region of highlands near the March of Goteer. When the two baronies came to war in 206 BC, the Barony of the Western Heartlands called upon the Barony of Forfar for assistance. the Barony of Forfar ultimately granted their request. Rivalin ApTosh, father of Tristen ApBlanc, was among the lives lost in the war with the Goteerans. His return to Flora ApBlanc as a vampire would set up a series of events that would eventually bring the Barony of Forfar to the Demiplane of Dread.
