Liffe is a small island in the Nocturnal Sea. It is ruled by Baron Evensong from Krynn whose curse is to spend 100 years trapped in his study for every day that goes by in real time. The three settlements in Liffe are Armeikos, Moondale, and Claveria. The baron's rule of Liffe, both temporal and as a darklord, was somewhat curtailed in the Nocturnal Sea Gazetteer.
