Armando de la Rosa is the [[patriarch][ of the de la Rosa clan of lowland loup-garou. He is also a member of the Brotherhood of the Salamander as and such an agent and supporter of General Martin José Maconda. Armando is married to Anamaria de la Rosa, whom he infected with lycanthropy. Their (now grown-up) children include Marcos de la Rosa (the oldest son) and Maria de la Rosa.^[1]
