The Path of the Cold One is the Path of Corruption followed by the Krynnish Red-Robed Wizard Traven.
1. Frostmarked: Traven gains Cold Resistance 10. His skin has become chalk white, giving him OR +1.

3. Frostwalker: Traven can move at full speed over nonmagical ice and through nonmagical snow as though these were normal, even ground. Traven leaves a dusting of snow wherever he goes, and his footprints are outlined by nonmagical ice. OR +1.
4. Winter's Touch: Once a day, Traven can use a variant version of Vampiric touch as a spell-like ability, with his effective character level as his caster level.
