The biomancers of Bluetspur and Dr. Victor Mordenheim of Lamordia are both capable of successfully transferring a living brain from its original seat to another living body. The biomancers created Marcu Vasilis. Mordenheim replaced and replaced again the body of his servant Igor. Although the biomancer's transpecies transplantation is the greater biological wonder, Mordenheim has also to his credit the preservation of a living brain in a vat.
