Brangain was the daughter of Tristen ApBlanc.

Brangain survived the events of Castles Forlorn due to outside intervention, and went on to become a paladin operating in the domains surrounding Forlorn, known as "The Weeping Knight." A tragic figure, Brangain now faces the struggle to keep her half-vampyre nature from emerging and causing her to fall from her paladin status. [1]
