Kyrie is a vampire who resides within Citadel Cavitius.She is married to Xaven. They both serve Lord Haroln, whereas Meekali teaches them magic. Both Xaven and Kyrie are both originally from Hazlan.[1]
As vampires in Citadel Cavitius, Xaven and Kyrie must report to some degree to Lord Haroln. They have have been watching his judicial load reducing activities and may report him to Vecna.[2]
Given his stats, he is likely a fledgling vampire.
