Blackorn is a ghoul and murderer that has pledged his service as an assassin to Balipur in return for undead minions to control and magical treasure. Unknown to Blackorn, Balipur has put a subtle magic on him that can control him as a suggestion spell that works on undead[1]
Blackorn was first a thief and then joined an assassin's guild in Il Aluk prior to its destruction by the Requiem. he was transformed in a ghoul by the shockwave that went through the city. Prior to his death and reanimation, Blackorn was following a Terror Track to become a wererat.[2]
