Minor character from Carnival of Fear. Got in a fight with Morcastle, Hermos, and Marie the Juggler when the latter three ventured from Carnival l'Morai to investigate the murders of several circus performers. Fassioux attempted to have them brought into the Council of l'Morai for judgement and punishment, but the Puppetmaster did not permit that, instead trying them by local standards. The three treansgressors were acquited thanks to the intervention of Lord Odieu.[1]
