André Cygne

Minor character from Carnival of Fear. Andre is the brother of Juron Cygne and co-founder of Carnival l'Morai. Andre bore a a magical pendant that prevented him from contracting the Fever, whereas his brother suffered from the wasting disease and became disfigured for it. To enact his revenge, Joron stole the pendant and entombed Andre alive in the cornerstone of Carnival l'Morai. In retaliation, Andre cursed the pendant with his hatred, dooming the pendant's bearer to channel the hate of the people of the City of l'Morai onto the carnival's freaks and be forced to side with the citizens against the freaks in any matter.
