As to legendary powers, it does open a portal out of the demiplane, granted for only one and granted that that person becomes a devil as part of the process.[[User:Cure|Cure]] 07:01, 26 February 2010 (UTC) | |||

Item, magic item, artifact, or cursed magic item?
