Salizarr is a Meazel, residing in Il Aluk in Darkon. He was transformed into a Necropolitan Ghoul by the Requiem.[1]

A Mist Creature Meazel from Il Aluk named "Salissar" confronts Gennifer Weathermay-Foxgrove at Richten Haus. Author Rucht Lilavivat acknowledges this as a mistake that would have been rectified had the product been officially published.
