Felix Wachter was the Sentire of Sturben when the course of his life took an unforeseen and violent turn in 698 BC. He found himself leading the minority faction within the Church of Ezra that argued against accepting the bribe of Camille Dilisnya whereby she sought to draw a line under her murder of Yakov Dilisnya, praesidius and founder of the church. Both bitterly disappointed by his peers willingness to enter into a pact with Camille and greatly afraid of her wrath, Felix led four like-minded anchorites from Borca to Mordent where they founded and led the Mordentish sect of the faith. In 699 BC he wrote The Second Book of Ezra. He served as Bastion of Mordent from 698 BC to 716 BC.
