Every century the rule of the domain passes to him for a year outside of that year he is a powerless geist that can only watch things fall apart. During that year he rules with an iron fist with mutilations and executions being common. After a year of rule a whirlwind of swords comes out of the desert and cuts him to pieces. After about a century parts of his body start returning and when the last piece is put into place he returns fully and rules again for a year.
