Minor character from Carnival of Fear, The Clatc was one of the freaks of Carnival l'Morai. Emaciated with no lips ad weepy eyes, he was the sidekick to his opposite, the massively fat Big Boy. Big Boy died in the war to free Carnival l'Morai, leaving the Clatch traumatized.[1]
At the end of Carnival of Fear, the Clatch and the rest of the former Carnival l'Morai performers followed Hermos out of L'Morai.[2] {{Spec|The Clatch may have gone on to join Isolde's new Carnival.
