A Goblyn Lord is an individual who has control over one or more Goblyns. Typically, such control is achieved by turning a humanoid into a Goblyn with the Create Goblyn-spell.

In the case of Tristen ApBlanc, he has control over every Goblyn in the Domain of Forlorn in spite of not having personally created any of them, by 'virtue' of being the land's Darklord.
