Lev Dilisnya

Lev Dilisnya was a descendant of Leo Dilisnya, being born in 620 BC, probably in Barovia, although Invidia or Mordent are also possible. The Dilisnyans had spent over two centuries hiding themselves within the tight confines of Barovia from the wrath of Count Strahd von Zarovich. Leo was one of the first to establish himself and his family openly, beyond the frontiers of Barovia, in the domain of Mordent. He married Elena Almeida and she bore him three children, Yakov Dilisnya, Oleska Dilisnya and Stepan Dilisnya. She died in 651 BC. He took Anna Kurdzeil as his second wife and she bore him two children, Richtor Dilisnya and Camille Dilisnya. It is not clear whether Lev and Anna followed Camille and took up residence in the newly formed Borca]. In 698 BC Lev and Anna were among those poisoned to death by Camille who was persuaded that her family had been conspiring to kill her.
