Soul Splitter

Created by Easan the Mad, can break apart the soul into component pieces or fuse two souls together (perhaps much like [[the Apparatus). Generates arcane and ethereal resonance. Tarnos Shadowcloak believes it may become fully self-aware in short order. Souls can be provided to the Splitter by the Soul-Stripper.
