Created by Easan the Mad, can break apart the soul into component pieces or fuse two souls together (perhaps much like the Apparatus). Generates arcane and ethereal resonance. Tarnos Shadowcloak believes it may become fully self-aware in short order. Souls can be provided to the Splitter by the Soul-Stripper.[1]
