Hugues Maigny is a Dementlieuse caliban producer of ammunition who resides on La Rue des Pistolets. He operates as an informant to the Council of Brilliance of the goings on in the neighborhood but also conducts illicit activity, such as weapon smuggling to Falkovnia and for hire assassination.[1]
