La Rue des Pistolets ("The Street of Pistols") is both a neighborhood and a street of about a half mile long in Port-a-Lucine. It has its own character and is almost a community in and of itself. The Street rings both with the shot of firearms and of the hammers that make them, for the production and shooting of firearms is what makes this street notable. A annual contest of marksmanship called Les Pistolet d'Or draws people from all over Dementlieu.[1]
