Cerlimieu

Cerlimieu is a village of some 800 people in eastern Dementlieu sitting alongside the Musarde River. A ghost known as the Wicked Man in the Woods is known to inhabit some nearby ruins. An evil doppelganger has sewn fear of the ghost in the populace in order to create a scapegoat for the doppelganger's murders of threats to his power. To this end, Orbthright leaves his deceased victims in the ruins haunted by the Wickeed Man. Orbthright hopes to pave the way for more doppelgangers to infiltrate the town and to ultimately seize control of it as a stepping stone to seizing control over all of Dementlieu.

Recently, both a group of Vistani and adventuring ghost hunters have come to Cerlimieu. Fearing the Vistani gift of the Sight, Orbthright murdered two of the Vistani, but he may have ultimately gotten the attention of the adventurers.
