Risibilos
Risibilos, originally a small nation on Oerth, is a pocket domain in the form of a village and castle. The Darklord of this demesne is the jester Puncheron.
The Land
The village of Risibilos is a small, productive village with a large enough variety of merchants and servants to suit just about any adventurer. The stone-paved streets are typical of a Dark Age domain.
The People
The people are a dour, humorless bunch. They are not unfriendly, but a visitor can tell that they are not too happy with their lot in life. They begin every sentence they say with "ha ha ha".
The Law
King Doerdon is the ruler of the land, but his cour jester, Puncheron, is the real power. All subjects, save the king and Puncheron, are required under penalty of death to start every sentence with "ha ha ha".
